Return policy

I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Please contact me if there is anything you are unhappy about and I will do what I can to help.

If you need to cancel your order, please request the cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may have already been shipped but they can still be returned.

Returns 

There is a 28 day return window for notifying me and returning products.

If you have changed your mind and wish to return an item, please let me know within 14 days of delivery.

Please then return the item, in original condition, within the next 14 days.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning an order to me, unless it arrived damaged or was faulty.

Buyers are responsible for packaging returns securely. For finished embroidery pieces and kits use the original shipping price as a guide. Embroidery stickers can be sent as large letters.

Once I have received the item in saleable condition, the cost of the item and its original shipping price will be refunded to you within 14 days.

If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged and faulty items

All items are very carefully packaged to minimise any damage in transit. If an order does arrive in bad condition, please take clear photos of both the packaging and the items in the order which have been damaged.

Upon receiving proof of damage, the cost of the item and its shipping will be refunded to you.
